Brooke Glassman is the SVP of Business Development at Fast Break Consultants.  Prior to her role at Fast Break, Brooke was the VP of Global Partnerships at JBC Holdings following her career at Yext which spanned over eight years.  Brooke held a range of leadership roles at Yext including Director of Talent Development, SMB and Director of Sales, Mid-Market.

 

Brooke has over a decade of recruiting, sales, and leadership experience as she has become an industry leader in talent development.  Brooke has created and implemented best in class recruiting, hiring and sales training structures that have been pivotal in the growth of numerous companies.

 

Brooke’s career started as a Sales Director at USP before she started her career at Yext in 2010 as a Sales Associate.  Brooke was one of the greatest individual contributors in the history of Yext, garnering numerous sales awards and accolades during her early career. 

 

Brooke was pivotal in the early scale of the SMB channel becoming one of the first sales managers of the burgeoning direct sales organization at Yext.  In 2013 Brooke optimized and perfected the recruiting process for SMB, successfully leading to the scale of the channel and her eventual role as Director of Talent Development, SMB.

 

In the middle of 2016 Brooke helped launch the Mid-Market sales channel at Yext, once again proving her effectiveness and versatility as a sales leader.  As Director of Sales, Mid-Market Brooke grew this new channel to over 15 employees and $5 Million in revenue.  Brooke was pivotal in the successful scale of the SMB Channel and creation of the Mid Market Channel directly impacting Yext’s journey to its successful IPO in April 2017. 

 

Brooke resigned from Yext in July 2018 before taking her expertise to JBC Holdings.  Brooke was the spark plug behind the founding of Fast Break and is focused on sharing her knowledge with companies ready to drive their organizations to the next level.
